Peace won't build itself if we just sing Kumbaya

Superior firepower, strength, vigilance & resolve may be necessary when dealing w/people that cannot be reasoned with who just want to kill you, but that is NOT "peace." That is armistice, truce, stand-off, but NOT "peace". I notice people's words "prepare for war", but I don't notice" PREPARE for peace"?!? Peace will NOT happen magically if people "embrace" it (whatever "embrace-peace" might mean). Peace must be BUILT with the same detailed:

~ organizations,

~ planning,

~ financing, &

~ manufacturing, 

just like the MIC (Military-Industrial-Complex) is doing. Who ever talks about "embracing"-war?!? No, every country has a DOD (Dept-of-DEFENCE=WAR) which carefully:

~ finances,

~ organizes,

~ trains,

~ equips,

~ feeds,

~ transports, &

~ medicates 

it's military personnel. What country has a DOP (Dept-of-PEACE) which does the SAME careful:

~ financing,

~ organizing,

~ training,

~ equipping,

~ feeding,

~ transporting, &

~ medicating

 Peace-Corps personnel of EQUAL size to their military?
